Overview
The ancient town of Jageshwar, in the Kumaon Himalayas, has long been a spiritual pilgrimage site, once an important stop during the Kailash Yatra. The temples of Jageshwar, mostly devoted to Lord Shiva, radiate a calm yet powerful aura that helps cleanse and enrich your soul. Active with the sounds of prayers and pious rendition, Hindu temples in the Himalayas have their own distinct spiritual rhythm. The temples of this mountain haven are no exception.
Jageshwar is a place where the peace and tranquillity of the region permeates into your soul and calms your spirit, where you can appreciate the beauty and energy of nature’s miracles, and while the rain acts as a cleansing and rejuvenating force for the outside world, allow the energy of the place to cleanse and rejuvenate you.
Surrounded by beautiful deodar jungle, you can destress and recharge your mind with yoga, meditation and wellness programs in serene ambience. With a beautifully designed yoga and meditation room, Van Serai Lodge is the ideal place to find your inner peace.
